All the materials used in the production process come from Europe's leading suppliers and have undergone pre-sales test processes.
Products made to the consumer's specifications and / or clearly personalized can not be returned.
According to OUG 130/2000 art. 10 lit. c) - "The consumer shall not unilaterally denounce the following types of contracts ... (c) contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or distinctly personalized products ...".
According to OUG 34/2014 art. 16 (c) - "The following shall be exempt from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 9-15 in respect of distance and off-premises contracts: ... (c) the supply of products made to the specifications given by consumer or clearly personalized [...]. "
However, as we want you to be fully satisfied with Dana Budeanu's products, we make sure we do our best to resolve your return request.
Customer satisfaction is a primary responsibility for us and that's why we invest all the resources to offer you the best quality when you buy one of our products. We ensure that all Dana Budeanu products are thoroughly inspected before delivery so as to meet the most demanding quality and compliance procedures.
However, if you notice major manufacturing defects, please let us know immediately and by default you return the products. In this situation, you can choose either to replace products or to refund the value of the products.
Any notice of the existence of manufacturing defects after a period of more than 3 days from receipt of the products is considered expired.
If this is your first order on store.danabudeanu.com and if you have not proven our products, the product that does not match your size can be replaced with an identical product, the same model and the same details, a size in plus or minus. In this situation, the refund of the value of the products does not apply. Size return is only accepted once for a single product, and must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.
Any notice of inappropriate size after a period longer than 3 days after receipt of the products is deemed expired.
However, in certain situations, we reserve the right to refuse the replacement of products that do not fit in size, according to OUG 130/2000 art. 10 lit. c) and / or OUG 34/2014 art. 16 lit. c).
Returns for inappropriate size do not apply to products purchased under the promotions / gift items received.

If you wish to return / change a Dana Budeanu product, you must explicitly notify us of this intention within 3 days of receiving the product or by email at email@example.com.
After reviewing your request, we will confirm your return details. Since we want you to be fully satisfied with Dana Budeanu's products, we make sure we do our best to resolve your return request.
Return refused - Unfortunately your products can not be returned
Return accepted - please follow the steps below:
- prepares products for shipment - products must be shipped within 5 days of receipt of email confirmation.

- contact the express courier company
- keeps sending confirmation (Tracking number - AWB)
All return fees are fully charged and paid in advance by you.
We will notify you as soon as your return has been received at the factory and checked for compliance with the return conditions. We reserve the right to accept or refuse your return only after the products have been checked for compliance with the return conditions below.
- In case the products are not returned within 5-7 days after confirmation of the return by email, they are damaged, the return is uncertain / can not be identified, we reserve the right to refuse the return and / or to send back your products at your own expense.
- If products are returned with missing / damaged labels, we reserve the right to withhold the amount of product depreciation, which will be communicated to you by email, or to return your products at your own expense.
- If the return is declined and we send you the products back and the package is refused, we reserve the right to retain all the amounts paid.
- If the return is solved with an exchange, the new product will be shipped within a maximum of 5-7 business days of receiving and checking the returned product.
- If the return is resolved with the refund of the product, this will be done within 15 working days of receiving and checking the returned product.
Returned products must be new, unused, unpainted, free from physical wear or damage.
Products must be returned with undamaged original labels.

NOTE: We do not accept packages with refund. We do not accept packages whose sender can not be identified. We are not responsible for packets damaged or damaged during transportation. We do not pick up parcels from the Romanian Post Office or any other post office.

Product refund refund
If the return is resolved by returning the product / exchange with existing products in stock, the following taxes will not be refunded - the standard or express delivery tax (including delivery tax promotions), customs duties, bank charges, currency exchange differences in the case of payments in EUR, other specific taxes as appropriate.
In the case of international deliveries outside the EU, no charge will be charged for each destination invoiced separately from the courier company.
Repayment of the product's value, except for the fees to be withheld, will be made by bank transfer to the account on which the payment was made, within a maximum of 30 business days from receiving and checking the product at the factory. We will notify you by email as soon as the refund for the product has been processed.
